I cannot recommend our broker highly enough! He did an outstanding job helping us secure the home we wanted so much here in Hawaii. He was always available to answer our questions and was remarkably quick to respond to all our messages. What we appreciated most was his patience; whenever we faced doubts or didn't understand a step of the process, he explained everything with great calm and deep expertise. Brian is amazing! If you think you DON'T need a broker, you would be sorely mistaken. You think you DON"T need to stay in touch with your broker? How did I get to my 50's without him? 20 months ago he helped us get the BEST rate on our home purchase, and now, he took care of everything to handle our HELOC. No joke, he takes care of all the tedious stuff - getting the docs ready, making sure insurance papers are collected, he's always available to answer questions, and he knows what he's talking about. He has been invaluable - I'm so grateful we met him and he will always be considered family to us.

I refinanced my home with help of Brian and he went above and beyond of my expectation. I originally contacted him to see if I would be qualified if I sell my condo and buy a new one. He had great knowledge of the current market condition of the areas I was looking for and my current residence, so he gave me some great advice. I decided not to sell and buy after all but decided to refinance my home. Throughout the process, he was always on my side and informed me what is happening, what will happen next, and what I need to prepare for the next step. At one point, my salary was becoming an issue. I am a flight attendant and our pay system is very unique. Because Brian is also a flight attendant and understands how our pay works, he explained it to the underwriter while he told me exactly what I need from HR. Because of his knowledge for my job and description to his underwriter, my loan was approved without any further issue! He was very professional, prompt when responding to my questions, and supportive. I am so grateful for his hard work and help. I would recommend him to anyone who is considering to purchase a new mortgage or refinance.
